If you've played Watch Dogs 2 you'd know about the Dedsec announcement videos, but my question is who is the announcer, I think it's either Josh (because I don't think he'd only be there for Intel) or Wrench (because he wears a mask with a voice changer) But either way I can't figure it out but I haven't finished the game yet, the last thing I did was getting to the huge skyscraper with Wrenches help (I forget the name of the mission) so don't spoil anything to big for me.
